Within the first 7 days of your official lease start date, you will need to submit an Inventory Checklist. When completing this form, be as detailed as possible. Please note, this Checklist is requested to help protect your security deposit refund.

If an Inventory Checklist is not received, it is assumed the property and unit are free from defect.
